120 מ"ר, 5 חדרים


הם זכו בדירת המחיר למשתכן בראש העין, ואחד הדברים הראשונים שהם דאגו לציין היה שאין להם שום קשר לעיצוב ולא סומכים על הטעם של עצמם. הם כן ידעו שהם רוצים בית מאורגן ועדיף מעוצב בטעם טוב. מכאן עברנו לאתגר הנדל"ני- הסלון והמטבח הם כחלל אחד, לא גדול במיוחד. ההתלבטות החוזרת בחללים כאלה מתחילה בהיכן ממקמים את הטלוויזיה. ומשם להתחיל לסדר את החלל כך שיש הכל אבל לא יותר מדי. נוסף על אלו, אתגר התקציב המוגבל מרחף כרגיל. לבסוף, בין כל האתגרים צריך גם להנות מהעיצוב, לא? אז החדרים רוצפו בפרקט נעים, הקירות נצבעו, נתלו וילונות בהתאם לאווירה, נוספו ארונות וריהוט חדשים, גופי תאורה חדשים, שידרוג חדרי רחצה בעזרת ארונות, אסלות תלויות ומקלחונים, וכמובן, אקססוריז לעין ולנפש.
