עיצוב ללקוחות חוזרים זה הכי כיף! הדירה הקודמת של רועי ומעין הייתה דירת 4 חדרים סטנדרטית בבאר יעקב, ההפך הגמור מהדירה החדשה שהם קנו. פנטהאוס ענקי עם תקרה בגובה 3 מטרים, קומה 28 עם נוף מטורף. 4 חדרים עם שני חדרי רחצה ומרפסת ענקית! את התהליך התחלנו כשהדירה (דירת קבלן חדשה) הייתה כבר בנויה, מה שאומר שתוך חודש היינו צריכים להגיש את כל השינויים לקבלן, כולל תכנון מטבח ובחירת כל חומרי הגמר לדירה. אחרי שנרגענו מכל התהליך הזריז הזה, ואחרי המון פיקוחים בדירה, עברנו לתהליך הסטיילינג. בניגוד לדירה הקודמת, כאן הייתה המון חשיבה והשקעה בנגרות, תכנון כל חדר לפרטי פרטים, חדר ארונות, תכנון המרפסת ועוד. שנתיים אחרי ושני קטנים שהצטרפו למשפחה, הם עברו לדירת חלומותיהם.
