את רתם ועמית "פגשתי" בזום פגישה ראשונה בשיא תקופת הקורונה. הם בדיוק עברו לדירת קבלן מתוקה ומוארת ברמת גן וידעו מההתחלה שהם רוצים וצריכים עזרה מקצועית. אחרי שהם פנו אליי, דיברנו, הבנו את הצרכים והתמקגנו בסגנון שהם אוהבים- נקי, שקט, לא צבעוני או רועש מדי, עם נגיעות בוהו שיק. אמנם יצאנו ליום-יומיים של קניות, אבל את רוב הקניות והבחירות עשינו אונליין, בגלל התקופה המאתגרת וגם בגלל אורח החיים ההייטקיסטי הצפוף. בחרנו גוונים לקירות, שידרגנו את המטבח הקבלני, תיכננו נגרות וליקטנו פריט פריט כדי שיהיה להם את הבית הכי נעים ורגוע שיכלו לחלום עליו.
